Both men and women need time for re-energizing but often they are last on the list. With work and kids, there’s just not enough hours in the day.
1.Meditate Where You Can
If you aren’t able to set aside an actual time to meditate, think about doing it while you’re in the shower. You can end of feeling both your mind and body are cleansed. For others, meditation may come as just snatching minutes in your day. It might come in the form of lighting a candle, reading inspirational books or dancing/singing to your favorite artist.
