I absolutely love the challenge of taking on new clients and working closely with them to help them achieve their fitness goals. It is extremely gratifying to me when I help clients make huge changes in their lives by improving their health, bodies, and self-esteem.
My goal as your Personal Trainer is to exceed your expectations. Some of the things you will experience training with me are passion, energy, motivation, instruction, safety, accountability, exercise variety, a friendly demeanor, fun (yes, with the right attitude and trainer, exercise can be fun!), and last but not least – results!
My workout and nutrition plans are customized based on each person’s specific goals, such as burning fat and losing weight, building muscle and gaining strength, and improving endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination. I also work with athletes to improve their sports performance.
