Chinese forms of exercise are as old as their culture.

 Their “physical culture” is often based on the observation of animal movements.

Both qigong (breath-based energy cultivation exercises) and martial arts (self-defense systems) are based on these movements.

KUNG-FU

Actually defined as any study or practice that requires patience, energy and time to complete.

In the West, it’s often referred as Chinese martial arts.

There is a different physical structure, energy movement, and spirit associated with each movement.
