The holidays are over and we’ve back on schedule with the partying behind us and the year 2016 a recent memory. Now is the perfect time to plan how you want to improve your health and fitness this New Year and to set goals that will help you take the next steps towards the fit mind and body you desire.
At Michael’s Body Scenes we are the experts in helping take those steps because we have been in the business of building better bodies for almost 30 years. As a family-run enterprise, we take pride in the fact that many of our original members like the lovely Tracy Posess among others are not only still working out at our gym but bringing in their grown up offspring, too!
Our newly renovated facility offers so many opportunities for you and your family to enjoy—from the sleek spinning room to the new outdoor training area “The Ozone”—so that each member will find something right up their alley.
We are also pleased to introduce Robert Gerber, our new marketing director and master trainer who has joined our family.
“I am so excited to be able to bring my decades of expertise to Michael’s Body Scenes, says Gerber, who was formally the head trainer at Boca West Country Club and a 20-year veteran law enforcement officer in Baltimore, MD., where he also was the director of the Police Athletic League.
Gerber’s goal is to bring MBS into the community and the community into the gym to develop interactive programs to enhance all levels of fitness.
“With the shopping center undergoing a face lift, we are in a perfect position to offer new products and services to our dedicated members and to those who want the complete fitness package under one roof. There’s no need to join specialty gyms when for one monthly price, you have the entire package from TRX to yoga and everything in between right here at MBS “under one spanking new roof.”
Gerber plans several upcoming events during the month of February for members to showcase MBS to their partners and families. Michael Papamichael, co-founder of MBS, adds:
“As always, we move forward with our members at heart,” he says. “We have always been family oriented from management to members, and Robert is the perfect person to help us expand our already passionate family.”
