Great Britain Caught In A Fitness Lie!


Researchers found as many as one in four of those living in Great Britain lie about the amount of exercise they perform.

The study included 2,000 Brits.

Biggest lies include:

  • distance cycled or run
  • regularity of exercise
  • general fitness levels
  • pretending to exercise

Folks were found to lie to either:

  • impress people
  • avoid looking like they are lazy
