Sleep is just as important to one’s health as exercise.

First, listen to your internal clock as much as possible.

Second, don’t multi-task when in bed.
The artificial light from your computer can stimulate your brain, putting off you getting tired.
If you work out strenuously, make sure you give your body time to rest.
Rest repairs muscles. Budget your time for sleep as much as you budget your workout time!
