Drinking water will flush out the nasty toxins you took in while gorging yourself. It will not add water weight. When tired of drinking, eat celery or cucumbers. These veggies are high in water content.
SAY NO TO SUGAR
Not only does it add weight, but makes your blood sugar spike leading to headaches and a feeling of hunger.
ALCOHOL IS A NO-NO
Your liver is busy enough with all the food you ate over the holiday. Give it a break.
Chances are, a great many of the foods you ate were packed with salt. Avoid foods that contain salt. Consider using natural diuretics, such as, asparagus to help you get rid of that extra water.
