Read the label … and understand what you’re reading. 100% fruit juice should be made purely from the fruit of the natural fruits. It should have no additives, sweeteners or preservatives. NOTE: That doesn’t mean it does not have sugar. It means additional sugar was not added. In fact, there may be a lot of sugar in it.
4. What About Juicing?
Juicing allows you to retain the bulk of the vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients. Some experts also feel that this method allows easier absorption. However, it eliminates the fiber that these fruits offer.
5. Should I Be Drinking Juice?
Look at the overall picture. Does it recommend into your recommended daily caloric intake? Make sure you look at portion servings when deciding this.
