Dutch researchers recently found that nuts are even more beneficial than previously believed.
They found that those who ate at least 10 grams of nuts daily were found to prolong life.
In fact, these folks were 17% less likely to die from heart disease, 21% less likely to die from cancer and 30% less likely to die from diabetes.
