Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered
for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Several group classes to choose from.

SilverSneaker® II Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit
workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated
with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneaker® YOGASTRETCH
This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing poses. Chair support
is offered to safely perform a variety of postures, designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

CARDIO CHALLENGE + TONING
The challenge of a low-impact aerobic workout combined with the added component of body sculpting. Come prepared to move your body, burn calories, and have fun. This class is geared for the beginner to intermediate student. More advanced seniors welcome.

EXTREME CARDIO-WORKOUT
Longer and harder cardiovascular conditioning. This class consists of warm-up, a non-step pace of complex high and low impact combinations (approx. 40+), abdominal work and cool down. Geared for the very advanced student.

CARDIO-LATINO AEROBICS
Some like it hot! Come take an aerobics class set to spicy Latin music and have a lot of fun doing it. This fluid, compelling, beat-driven aerobics workout, incorporates the steps to popular Latin dances. From
south-of-the-border the rhythms of Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, samba and more will get you hot and get you
sweaty! Prior experience not needed.

ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin & International music/dance themes creating a FUN, DYNAMIC & EFFECTIVE fitness system!
This class utilizes the principles of aerobic and interval training to maximize caloric output and fat burning.
The routines combine easy-to-follow dance steps with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

SPINNING® PROGRAM
It’s Back!… Perhaps the only workout endorsed by both masochists and hedonists. A good kind of pain, and
the hottest, most addictive, workout in the country. Is it the non impact? or the 800 calorie burn? the grimaces
during class? or the smiles afterwards? who knows. What we do know for sure is everyone who takes it, loves it.
From triathletes to neophytes. Visualizing an outdoor bike ride, sprinting at high rpm’s. Feeding off the group energy. Pumping to the music. There are no spinning wallflowers. It pulls you in, the challenge, the excitement. It keeps you happy and always wanting more. Water bottle and towel are mandatory! Bicycle pants are highly recommended.

STEP AEROBICS
This class consists of warm-up, 40 to 50 minutes of aerobics–involving stepping up and down on an adjustable platform, abdominal work, and cool down. Aerobic section varies from basic to challenging combinations.
It is a low impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout that not only shapes, tightens, and defines muscles,
but also burns the maximum amount of fat!

INTERVAL STEP
Thought you’ve seen it all with step? Try an intense workout that alternates intervals of step choreography

BEHIND BARRES
Always wanted that long lean look of a dancer’s body? This is the class for you. A fusion of Ballet, Pilates and the Lotte Berk method–a technique developed in the 50’s in England by a German dancer. Designed to firm, tighten, and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. You will use the ballet barre, small hand weights and exercises on the floor, you’ll work deeper into your muscles with lengthening and strengthening exercises which will help to create the body of your dreams. Designed for all levels with small, repetitive and deliberate movements that will make you sweat, focus and push your muscles to a shaking fatigue. This is ballet on steroids! HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
A one hour class that intervals short bouts of intense cardio with challenging strength training segments. Cardio
intervals will consist of jump rope, speed and plyometric moves. Strength segments will include powerful upper
and lower body training with weights, bands and heavy balls. Geared to most fitness levels.  Group classes to fit your schedule.

TAE-KNOCK OUT

TITLE BOUT
Put on your boxing gloves! Want to try an old fashion boxing gym workout? Learn the basics of boxing and build strength and stamina with a circuit of jump rope, pad punching, heavy bag and much more! This class challenges
your cardiovascular ability, and eliminates the bruises.

TRIATHLON TRAINING
Get the most out of your workout while putting an end to the monotony of a regular fitness routine. Class will
utilize steps, balls, bands and weights to mimic swimming, transition onto Spin bikes, then weather permitting
run outside, or indoor training of legs using plyometric, explosive, & dynamic techniques for speed and agility.

THE KETTLE BELL
Heard the fitness buzz on kettlebells? Not only is the kettlebell one of the most versatile fitness tools, kettlebell exercises give you an all-in-one cardio and strength-training workout that can burn up to 20 calories a minute. Kettlebell training will improve strength and power in the upper body, lower body and core and increase coordination, mobility and overall endurance while being a fun and challenging experience. Beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class. Several Group classes to choose from.

THE BARBELL BLAST
A high energy, high volume strength training and body building group exercise class. Light weight, high-repetition resistance exercise training means increased work duration, energy output and caloric expenditure. A 3 lb barbell
is used with plates in increments of 2 1/2, 5, 10, and 15 lbs totaling up to 73 lbs.   Group classes to fit many schedules.

CHISEL N’ SCULPT
Did you know the more muscle your frame has, the more fat you burn? Chisel n’ Sculpt the body of your dreams. A
head to toe workout of toning and strengthening exercises, with emphasis on lower body. Designed for all levels of
fitness, the use of Spri Xertubes, Bodybar and hand weights will help intensify the arm and leg work sections of this class. Group classes to fit many schedules.

GET RIPPED!
An intense workout focusing on light weights and high reps. This class utilizes Body Bars, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands. Increase your strength and improve your definition while working on muscle endurance to give you that long lean look.

BOSU, BANDS AND BALLS
Guaranteed Results! This muscle toning class is taught with a special emphasis on the abs/core. You will learn proper technique for any exercise and athletic movement by using your core muscles (similar to the Pilates theory). Athletes use these tools to get into the best shape of their career and stay injury free. Learn how to add the Bosu, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls and Stability Balls to your conventional workouts. This fun and high calorie burning workout will strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had. You will increase your range of motion and rid your body of back, knee and shoulder pain. Get longer, stronger, leaner muscles with the Bosu, Bands and Balls.

PILATES-BASED MAT CLASS
The Pilates Method (pronounced puh-LAH-teez) of body conditioning is an exercise system focused on flexibility and strength for the total body. It is a series of controlled movements that engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without building bulk. Emphasis is placed on developing deep torso strength and flexibility known as “centering” to ensure proper posture and reduce the risk of injury. The Pilates Method was developed in the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer and founder of The Pilates Studio®, Joseph H. Pilates. Many group classes to choose from.

POWERHOUSE PILATES MAT CLASS
Class is based on stabilizing the pelvis and shoulder girdle while stretching and strengthening the entire body with movement initiating from the core. A.k.a the Powerhouse – Abdominal muscles, buttocks and the muscles around the spine. All exercises promote flexibility, strength, circulation, and skeletal alignment. Several group classes to choose from.

CORE YOGA FUSION
Feel energized and relaxed at the same time with this intense but easy to follow workout. It is done at a slow pace focusing on control and form. Attention is paid to building strength and endurance in the body’s core muscles which promotes body awareness, protects the back and develops better posture. The yoga section has some slow Vinyasa Flow, to increase stamina and stimulate the cardio system and some Yin Yoga at the end to open the deeper tissues of the body.

GENTLE HATHA YOGA
Mind, Body & Spirit. The emphasis is on a safety and total well being. More than physical exercise this transformational practice will relax your body, calm your mind and strengthen you from within. Beginners and intermediate will receive benefits immediately.

YIN YOGA
The balancing practice for the yang style of yoga. It is yoga for the joints, not the muscles. It targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students. Many group classes to choose from.

VINYASA YOGA
Designed to enhance your energy by synchronizing movements with breath and linked together into a dynamic practice. The class starts with variations of the sun salutations to warm up and prepare your body for the more detailed work in the series of standing poses. We often incorporate balancing work and inversions. Some yoga experience is helpful but not necessary. We encourage students to honor themselves and work at their own pace.

POWER YOGA
A total strength and flexibility workout. An intense, dynamic flow of postures linked by sun salutations, emphasizing the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and focus of the mind. Take the challenge and be guided to the next level of fitness!

QIGONG
Exercise while remaining in a “calm focused and relaxed state”. Qigong boosts muscle strength yet amazingly lowers cortisol (the stress hormone). The Qi (life force) literally throbs and pulsates in your hands. It’s the most tangible experience of the spiritual life force energy. All levels are welcome.
