Stop Eating Goldfish!

No, we’re not talking about the ones in the fishtank. We’re looking at the crackers found in the grocery aisle. You won’t believe what they contain.

1. Goldfish Contain GMO oils and MSG

Our government does not require all of their ingredients to be on the label. We just don’t know everything these chemicals can do to our bodies, especially to those who are so young.

2. Rainbow Goldfish Contain Many Artificial Colors

These include Blue dyes 1&2 and Red dyes 40&3. Research shows that many artificial dyes have carcinogens. They also have been found to cause allergic reactions, some quite severe. Those who suffer from food sensitivities, also have suffered adverse effects.

3. Sugar, Sodium and Fat

These crackers contain both sugar and sodium. They also contain a whopping 6 gm of fat per 1 serving. That means you need to do an extra 39 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of cycling or 17 minutes of jogging. Even an active toddler might have trouble burning up this snack.
