1.All You Need Is A Bosu Ball For The Ultimate Workout

Each exercise should be performed for 60 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds in between each individual exercise. Afterwards, rest for 1 minute. For the 2nd circuit, perform each exercise for 40 seconds, again resting for 10 seconds in between each exercise. Rest for a full minute. For the final circuit, perform each exercise for 20 seconds, again resting for 10 seconds in between exercises.
