1. What Is Even More Remarkable, Is That She Started Exercising At Age 65!
Betty Morris, of Jackson, MI, attends Zumba classes, line dances and swims multiple times a week. She started exercising after taking a friend to swim classes upon advice of her (friend’s) doctor.
2. She Started Slowly.
Initially, she attended a swim exercise class once a week. Betty often competes against the clock. Zumba came next. She’s been doing that for 10 years, 2 times a week.
