3.Short Burst Of Fast Running

This exercise will expend the most calories. Mixing up sprinting and walking is even more effective than jogging. Try a 30 second burst once a day, then build to two, and finally, to three. After you’re able to do this, increase your spurts to 45 seconds then to 60 seconds. Make sure you always warm up and cool down. Shoe support is a must.
