Use These Strategies During The Holiday To Stay Healthy

Chances are,  the holiday season is destined to alter your exercise routine.

TIME MANAGEMENT

Can’t make it to the gym?

There are plenty of exercises you can do without a gym.

Or, get up and get moving.

Walking can be great for your heart!

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF

You are probably not eating as healthy.

A cookie here and there really adds up!

Reach for a piece of fruit whenever possible.

Or, take a walk during the office party.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT IS KEY

You have to recognize the changes the holiday season will make to both your home and work patterns.

Then, make a commitment to find exercise time.

Don’t squeeze it in.
