Hope you’re a morning person.
Your exercise session can include various squats, lunges and the deathcrawl – a walking plank exercise. These sessions often begin at 5 am and by the end, you are dripping sweat.
CAN I STILL EAT?
Working out is only half the battle.
Now comes meal planning.
Forget about the snacks full of carbs.
Get used to egg whites, oats, and fruit.
Lunch and dinner include protein, veggies and fruit.
You can have 1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese with 1 TBS of nut butter, 1 teaspoon of cocoa butter.
If you want it a bit sweeter, you can add Splenda or Stevia.
The good part is, there is very little meal planning.
Also, you’ll save lots of money when you can’t eat out anymore!
