Let’s face it, showering can be a process for some. So, plan your exercise regimen either first thing in the morning before you get ready for the day. Or, exercise before you take your night-time shower.

Trainers here this one all the time. Here’s the solution. If you forget what your trainer showed you, check YouTube. Chances are you’ll find the exercise here.
5. “I Opted For A Glass Of Wine Instead. Or Chocolate..”
If you use spirits or food to “self medicate” from a tough day, try to go to bed early and meet your trainer for an early workout. Instead of pulling into that restaurant, pull into the gym.
