Kate started her career as a dance aerobics instructor in New York in the late 80’s.  She is a certified personal and group exercise trainer and has recently become a certified P90XLIVE instructor.

Her mission is to improve the health, fitness, performance and overall quality of life of each of her clients.  She genuinely enjoys helping people become healthier and more physically fit.  She understands that each person’s body is unique and will tailor the safest and most effective program using a variety of exercise options and modifications to challenge each client at their own pace.
