Think about it … everyone who EVER ran a marathon started with a single step. That person with the great 6 pack … was not born that way. What do they have that YOU don’t, nothing.
1.“Turn Obstacles Into Opportunities”
Why does this work? It takes away all the stress. If you don’t have enough time to exercise, improve your time management skills … 5 minutes at a time. You’ll be killing to 2 birds with one stone.
2.“Sweat For The Right Reasons”
If your plan is to force yourself to workout and eat well, it will never work. If you think of exercise is something you GET to do, you’ll be more likely to succeed.
3.“Take It Down A Notch”
Realize that there will days (sometimes several) that you will lose your enthusiasm. That’s okay: try slowing it down or mixing it up. Just get out there and do something.
5.Fight The Self-Sabotage
It’s easy to become your own worst enemy. After all, you call the shots. So, set out your workout clothes, have the coffee machine ready and make sure your post-workout meal is already prepped the night before!
