The healthiest and slimmest mice were those that went 12 HOURS without eating. Other mice were allowed to eat the same amount of food but WHENEVER they wanted.

Two groups were set up. One carried on as normal. The other was asked to move breakfast and supper 3 hours earlier and later, respectively. This increased the amount of fasting time.

Those who were in the group that fasted saw remarkable results! Blood sugars dropped. Cholesterol levels dropped. Folks lost body fat.
