Scott started his Personal Training journey when the Pompano Beach Fire Department decided, 10 years ago, to follow an up and coming national trend to train and certify some of their personnel in the Personal Training field to help reduce the incident of heart attacks, strokes, as well as musculoskeletal injuries in the fire service.

Having been interested in sporting activities from a very young age which included swimming, baseball, football, as well as weight training, he was a good fit for the job. Scott enjoys incorporating a combination of cardiovascular, resistance training and core activities into a sequence of ongoing activity to challenge individuals of any fitness level.

Also a student of yoga, Scott has a committed philosophy to the importance of flexibility in his Program Design. He has combined the study of BAS (Biomechanics of Assisted Stretching) and Thai massage into a healing and enjoyable recovery experience great for physically active individuals of any sporting genre. These sessions have been acknowledged by such professionals as Orthopedic Surgeons, Chiropractors as well as Physical Therapists.

Scott is comfortable training individuals of all ages having trained clients in their mids 90’s to their low teens. One of Scott’s strongest traits is the ability to listen and learn as well as teach and re-enforce during sessions.
