Staying healthy takes all forms and shapes.

Cold and flu season is upon us.

Scientists from the University of Arizona studied the cold virus.

They found that it only takes 4 hours for the virus to spread to common office spaces.

This includes the copy machine and coffee pot.

Here are some tips to help you stay healthy this cold/flu season.

Avoid alcohol!  It disrupts your sleep cycle.

Drink tea. It stimulates the hairs in your nose to move out germs more effectively.

Consider using lemon and honey. Lemon will thin the mucous and honey is antibacterial in nature.

Eat protein.  A lack of protein can deplete your immune system.
