Some folks are really affected by daylight savings time.

It’s not a myth. Researchers at Texas A&M University studied this.  

There can be as much as a 7% increase in car accidents the week after daylight savings time ends.

Morning traffic  saw a surge of 14%.

Also, your quality of sleep may not improve.

A lot of folks do not take advantage of the extra hour.

In fact, people tend to stay up later.

A part of the population also experiences an increase of depressive symptoms as we lose daylight.

Called Seasonal Affective Disorder, folks should try to embrace the morning light.

Studies have also shown a there is a 24% increase in heart attacks in March, when one’s sleep cycle is again disrupted.
