• Consistency is the key. Working out in the early morning or late at night does not matter as much as just being consistent in your routine.
  • Use the gym during off peak hours. You’ll have an easier time finding access to your favorite machines.
  • Having a hard time staying motivated? Join a group class or find a workout buddy. Everyone needs support now and then.
  • Utilize music. Studies have shown music improves performance, increases motivation and reduces distraction.
