Here’s some ideas to help you on your way.

Have a desk job?

Try to get up at least once an hour and take a short walk.

If this isn’t feasible, try to stand at least part of the time at your desk while working.

Do you use a backpack? Put the straps over both of your shoulders to distribute the weight evenly.

If you spend your day staring at a computer screen, use the 20-20-20 rule.

Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

When sitting at your desk, use proper posture.

Feet should be flat on the floor, your back and neck straight and elbows at a 90 degree angle.

Finally, smile!  Studies have shown smiling, whether genuine or fake, increases your overall mood!
