It’s important to choose foods that will boost your energy without suffering a sugar crash. (Think energy drinks!)  

Here’s some hints.

1. Eggs! They are are rich in B vitamins which convert food into energy.

They also provide a great source of protein and Vitamin D to maintain strong bones.

To cut back on saturated fat, eat one whole egg, and 2 egg whites.

2. Coffee, in moderation. Use skim milk, this provides calcium and vitamin D.

A little coffee can go a long way.

3. Trail mix. Nuts and dried fruit are a great combination that can be enjoyed at any time of the day!
