Researchers in Germany have made a startling discovery.

Just adding a 25 minute brisk walk daily can add up to seven years to your life.

Sixty-nine healthy non-smokers between the ages of 30-60 were studied.

These folks did not exercise regularly.

A series of blood tests were taken during 6 months of regular aerobic exercise.

They also underwent strength training and high intensity interval training.

Results showed that an anti-aging process had been triggered as well as the repair of old DNA.

This indicated that exercise can actually retard the aging process.

Exercise not only buys you more years of life, but it serves as an antidepressant as well.

Studies have shown that it also improves the mind and may delay the onset of dementia.  

You are never too old to start exercising.  It’s time for all of us to get up and get out!
