Don’t think you have enough time to exercise? Think again. You can get in some cardio and body specific exercises throughout your workday. The key is incorporating it during your day so it doesn’t affect your productivity.
1. Go For A Walk At Lunch
Many workplaces now offer their employees walkways. If not, find a path using sidewalks. Enjoy either the urban or park setting around you! When inside, use the stairs whenever possible. When feasible, try to take a short walk every hour.
2. Have To Wait For The Printer To Finish Your Project?

Don’t dawdle when waiting for the printer. Practice your pushups on the nearest counter or wall.
3. Swivel In Your Desk Chair

Sit with your back straight and feet just off the floor. Place your fingertips on the edge of your desk. Contract your core muscles and USE YOUR ABS to twist slowly back and forth. Do this for 10 reps, 3 x per day.
4. Sit, Then Squat

Do 5 squats every time you return to your chair.
5. Kicking Back During Your Coffee Breaks

You can do this exercise every time you get a cup of coffee. Stand straight, balance on one leg and lift the opposite one straight back. You may have to hold onto the counter.
