3.They’re Not Trying To Kill You

Those exercises that you find incredible painful is a clue to your trainer where you may need more work. It’s important to establish a sense of trust so you know your trainer really has your best interests at heart.
4.They Think About You Outside Of Your Session

A lot of their prep work for you is done outside of your training session. Think about it. Once you get to your session, (s)he’s ready to work you.
