3.Soda

4.Highly Processed White Flour

5.Farmed Salmon

Bet you thought fish was good. Some is, but not all. Farmed fish is often fed poor diets, high in chemicals, pesticides and other carcinogens.
6.Smoked, Pickled or Salted Foods

Any foods cured by use of nitrates should be avoided. It’ not that nitrates themselves cause cancer. But, under certain conditions, the nitrates can CHANGE once inside the body.
7.Processed Meats

8.Hydrogenated Oils
