1.Dance Pants
These pants should aim to keep the body cool while providing medium to high compression. Stretch fabric is a must!
2.Running Pants
These should fit like a “second skin.” It’s a must for these to have a “stay put” waistband, regulate temperature and provide high compression.
3.Yoga Pants
These pants should provide light compression, allow a lot of stretch and have a wide and flat waistband.
4.Pilates
You shouldn’t wear just anything when you do Pilates. Look for pants that have a “stay-put” waistband, no metal parts, non-slippery fabric and have medium compression
5.Barre
Since you’ll be bending a lot, look for pants with a wide waistband and high waist. Compression should range from light to medium.
