Are you afraid, or in too much pain, to start an exercise regime?  You are never too old!

First, see your MD to make sure you do not have any underlying conditions that can adversely affect exercising.

Exercises can always be altered to your specific needs.

Feeling out of place? Check out classes that cater to your specific age group.

Not only will you get in shape, you may make a few friends.

Still too shy?!  Try walking.

Start out walking a block or two, then gradually increase this distance.

Listen to your favorite music or an audiotape and the time will fly by.

Make sure you consult with an exercise expert when first attempting to exercise.

They will set up an appropriate treatment plan and how operate the equipment correctly.
