1. It All Comes Down To The Ingredients
Look at the label for the word “whole”. This ensures you are getting the complete grain … that includes the fiber and all the nutrients.
2. Avoid hydrogenated oils.
Hydrogenated oils, also known as trans fats, can be found in wraps as well as sandwiches.
3. Watch The Size!
Some wraps approach submarine sandwich size. The larger the wrap, the more ingredients … and wraps, in particular, tend to be tightly stuffed.
